Woocommerce integration

Connect your store in the agent integrations settings to answer public product catalog questions. Product search remains available without customer sign-in. WooCommerce also supports looking up configured coupon information; checkout determines final eligibility.

Private order information requires the customer to sign in to the secure store account or contact support. An order number or email typed into chat is not proof of account ownership. The checkOrderStatus tool currently returns sign-in guidance and does not request private order records.

Use a restricted store API credential with only the permissions required for catalog access. Avoid granting order or customer permissions until a verified customer identity integration is available. Never publish these credentials in widget code.
