1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Chatzora website (chatzora.com) and our AI Chatbot services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of Chatzora, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your credentials as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions performed under your account.
3. Use of Services & Usage Quotas
We offer free tier accounts and premium subscription plans (Starter, Growth). Your usage is subject to the following rules:
- You must not exceed your plan's monthly message limits, knowledge source storage capacities, or API limits.
- You may not use our services to deploy chatbots that transmit illegal, offensive, harmful, or copyright-infringing content.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate rate-limiting guidelines or engage in abusive activities (e.g. DDOS, security probing, script injection).
4. Knowledge Sources and Intellectural Property
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the content, files, sitemaps, and text you upload as knowledge sources to train your chatbots. By uploading content, you grant Chatzora a limited, non-exclusive license to process and vectorize the content solely for the purpose of serving chatbot responses on your website.
5. Subscriptions, Payouts, and Refunds
All payments, billing events, and subscriptions are managed securely by our merchant of record, LemonSqueezy. Subscription renewals are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing settings dashboard. Refunds are subject to LemonSqueezy's standard merchant guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Chatzora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated chatbot responses will always be 100% accurate, error-free, or meet all client requirements. In no event shall Chatzora be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of Chatzora after any changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
