Yes. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing settings dashboard in one click. If you cancel, your account remains active until the end of your current billing period.
How do the $10 flexible resource add-ons work?
Unlike other platforms that force you into high enterprise tiers just for a few extra bots or messages, Chatzora allows you to buy add-ons dynamically on any plan (including Free). Extra agents are $10/month per agent, and extra messages are $10/month per 1,000 messages.
Do I need coding experience or my own OpenAI API key?
No coding is required. Ingesting content, customizing your agent's persona, and embedding the widget on your site takes under two minutes. All AI compute and API infrastructure are included in your subscription.
What happens when I reach my monthly message limit?
Your agent will gracefully notify visitors or switch to fallback mode. You can instantly increase your quota at any time by purchasing a $10 message add-on without having to upgrade your entire plan tier.
Can I publish my agent to Telegram and WhatsApp?
Yes. All plans support multi-channel publishing. You can embed the interactive widget on any website or connect your agent directly to Telegram bots and WhatsApp webhooks.
Is my proprietary data and knowledge base secure?
Yes. All data is protected with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS), scoped strictly to your authenticated account. Furthermore, OpenAI does not train model weights on customer API data.
