  • Chat Log and Visitor Data: The questions, responses, and customer lead information (names, email addresses, and company details) captured by the chatbots you deploy on your websites.

We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and secure our services, including:

  • Providing and managing your Chatzora account.
  • Generating vector embeddings and serving AI chatbot responses based on your loaded knowledge bases.
  • Processing subscriptions and transactions.
  • Allowing you to manage and export your bot conversation history and lead logs.
  • Improving model speed, response accuracy, and UI/UX performance.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party services necessary for operating Chatzora, such as database hosting (Supabase), server deployment (Vercel), vector embedding and LLM inference providers (OpenAI, Groq), and email dispatching (Resend). All third-party providers are vetted for data security compliance.

We secure your database records using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure that your bots, data, and conversation logs are only visible to your authenticated account. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide services. You can delete your bots, data sources, or request account termination at any time.
