🛠️ Step-by-Step Configuration Guide
Chatzora supports two secure authorization methods: HubSpot OAuth 2.0 (Recommended) and Private App Access Tokens.
Method A: Connect via OAuth 2.0 (Recommended)
- Go to your Chatzora Dashboard, select your bot, and navigate to the Integrations tab.
- Find the HubSpot CRM card under CRM & Billing Sync, and click Connect Platform.
- Click Connect via HubSpot OAuth.
- Log in to your HubSpot account when prompted, select your account portal, and authorize permissions.
- You will be automatically redirected back to Chatzora. Your account status will display Active (Connected via OAuth).
Method B: Private App Access Token (Fallback)
- Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Private Apps.
- Click Create a private app.
- Under Scopes, select the following permissions:
crm.objects.contacts.write(Required to create and update contact leads)
- Click Create App and copy the generated Access Token (starts with
pat-na1-...). - In your Chatzora dashboard integrations tab, paste the access token in the HubSpot modal and click Save HubSpot Credentials.
