Custom domain
What the White-Label Domain setting does today, and what it doesn't.
This is an advanced setting. Most businesses don't need it.
Under Integrations → White-Label Domain you can save a domain, such as widget.myagency.com, that you'd like the chat script to be served from.
What saving a domain does not do
Saving the domain only stores it. It does not:
- Set up hosting for that domain
- Check your DNS records
- Issue an HTTPS certificate
- Create a branded dashboard for your clients
The domain only works after hosting and HTTPS for it have been set up separately on Chatzora's side. Contact support before you change any DNS records.
