A new look, a live demo and more languages
Chatzora has a new visual identity on the website, dashboard and Android app, a live demo on the home page, interface languages including Arabic and Urdu, and a clearer take-over button in the app.
A new look
- One design across website, dashboard and app. New typefaces, one brand green, larger and easier-to-read text, and the same buttons and colours everywhere.
- Try it on the home page. Ask a sample bakery questions and watch the assistant answer, or pass the chat to a person when it needs one.
- A clearer dashboard. Home leads with the people waiting for you, and the menu has a darker side panel.
Languages
- Choose your language. The dashboard menu has a language switcher with English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Indonesian. Arabic and Urdu switch the whole layout to right-to-left. Some screens are still in English while translations are completed.
Android app
- New icon and start screen.
- WhatsApp-style inbox. Bigger rows, clear unread markers and a clearer "Needs you" status.
- Take over in one tap. When your assistant is replying, a Take over button lets you write to the customer yourself, and Hand back returns the chat.
- Language setting. Pick the app language in Settings.
